Clownfish Cake  ·  For a fish-lover's birthday, make a clownfish cake. Press a 1-inch layer of Cake-Shaping Clay into the bottom of round, deep pan. Remove a portion of the clay in the center of the pan in the shape of a clownfish. If you want the orange and yellow segments to be slightly different heights, add small layers of clay where the white segments will be. Spray the pan and clay with cooking spray, and pour cake batter such that the batter is about 3/4-inch above the highest portion of the clay. Bake until done, loosen the cake from the sides of the pan, and invert the pan. To make the wavy frosting, generously frost the cake. Then lightly press a spoon into the icing and lift it up away from the cake.
